Charleston chef Fred Neuville is holding a week long celebration July 6th through July 12th to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of his restaurant The Fat Hen, and the opening of his new restaurant The Wild Olvie. On the night of July 7th, every guest in attendance will receive a glass of champagne and be invited to make a donation to Darkness to Light. Fred has also pledged to donate a portion of the proceeds from each of his restaurants on the night of the 7th.
Fred is a long time supporter of Darkness to Light, having participated as a gala chef for the past 6 years. He and his wife have adopted all of their children through the foster care system and have seen the effects of child abuse first hand. He is a champion of every effort to protect children and is a big fan of the work done by Darkness to Light.
