NYC, April 14, 2011, Darkness to Light was honored as the first recipient of the annual PARTNERS in Evaluation Award for Excellence presented by St. John’s University. The PARTNERS in Evaluation Award for Excellence is given to violence/abuse organizations that ensure that their programs are working through formal, third-party evaluation.
