In an exciting collaboration aimed at promoting community engagement and supporting a vital cause, College of Charleston’s Kappa Delta, Darkness to Light, and CrushYard have joined forces to organize a pickleball event on November 18!
Pickleball, the beloved sport that continues to captivate enthusiasts worldwide, will take center stage in this unique event, offering a platform for players of all levels to come together, compete, and, most importantly, contribute to Darkness to Light’s vision of a world free from child sexual abuse.
For those in the Charleston area who are passionate about pickleball and dedicated to supporting Darkness to Light, you’re invited to join us on Saturday, November 18, at 11 a.m. at CrushYard, for this exciting event. This event offers an excellent opportunity to participate, contribute, and make a difference.
Whether as a player or supporter, everyone’s involvement counts! You can register as a team ($30 per player) or as a spectator. Register by November 15, to secure your spot.
With 1 in 10 children experiencing sexual abuse before their 18th birthday, and an estimated 42 million adult survivors in the United States, child sexual abuse is one of the most prevalent public health issues facing society today. Donations are tax-deductible and will help drive forward our mission to equip and empower adults to build safe environments that protect children.
